We are opening a whole new world of data sharing for our municipal customers with our new Lateral Pipe Data card . The QR Card is attached to a sewer service cleanout for quick easy access to pertinent information about the rehabilitated lateral pipe. As our crews rehabilitate lateral pipes, data is collected and uploaded to the cloud. That pertinent information is accessed by scanning the QR code at any time post lateral pipe rehabilitation.
The Clean-Out QR Code Card(Lateral Pipe Data card) provides pertinent data such as:
Address of the CIPP rehabilitated sewer service pipe
Footage distance from the Upstream manhole to the rehabilitated service connection
CIPP liner size, main pipe diameter, lateral pipe diameter and length
Date of CIPP rehabilitation
Resin Manufacturer and resin batch number
Cloud access to view the post rehabilitation video
The new Clean-Out QR Code Card is a “Game changer” for municipal technicians, inspectors and contractors. With nothing more than the power of a smartphone in your pocket, and a pair of channel locks, you can now instantly access pertinent information about the CIPP project right at the clean out. This instant access saves time, enhances project management, and provides a safe reliable means for storing and fast access to data about the rehabilitated service pipe right at the cleanout.
The QR Code Card is attached to the cleanout riser pipe consisting of a gasket sealed self-tapping stainless-steel screw and chain. Simply remove the cleanout cap, remove the card, and scan the QR code.
Take out your smartphone or tablet, scan the code, and bring it to the data report, Which lists the following information:
Address of installation
Footage from the Upstream manhole to the service connection
Liner size
Date of installation
Resin Manufacturer and batch number
If a Clean-Out QR Code Card is ever found to be missing, and the card is lost, the information is not. Just phone us with the address and a new card will be sent to you.
